Avocado Pear and Banana Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 Avocado Pears
  • 6 Banana's
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:

  • Peel pears and cut across in slices.
  • Cut bananas lengthwise, put a ring of pear over each end.
  • Lay daintily on a bed of shredded lettuce, sprinkle grated egg lightly over and serve at once with light dressing.

This recipe makes a very healthy salad for kids. They won't really be looking at what they are eating, more importantly it looks cute as it is disguised.
