Chicken Fritters

Ingredients & Method:

  • Cooked Chicken slices (approx 4 servings worth)
  • Batter = 1 cup flour, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and milk.
  • Make to a consistency that would cover the chicken slices liberally.
  • Season Chicken, dip into the batter and fry lightly.

This could be deep fried or shallow fried. Depending on your taste.
