Chicken Fritters
Ingredients & Method:
- Cooked Chicken slices (approx 4 servings worth)
- Batter = 1 cup flour, 1 beaten egg, 1 tablespoon melted butter, salt, 1
teaspoon baking powder and milk.
- Make to a consistency that would cover the chicken slices liberally.
- Season Chicken, dip into the batter and fry lightly.
This could be deep fried or shallow fried. Depending on your taste.
