Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ham, chicken, sardines or salmon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mayonnaise
Method
- Boil the eggs till hard boiled.
- Put into cold water for a few minutes. Shell and cut eggs crosswise,
slicing off a piece from each end so that the eggs will stand firmly.
- Remove the yolks and mix with your choice of meat/fish, season with salt
and pepper and mix with a little mayonnaise.
- Fill egg whites and arrange on a bed of lettuce, dust with cayenne and
sprinkle parsley.
This makes for a refreshing side item for a barbecue / braai.
