Tuna Salad
A personal favorite recipe acquired
through my upbringing.
Ingredients
Method

Open up the tin of tuna and mash it, so that it is quite
flaky.

Dice the tomato finely. This may be a little difficult to
achieve, but the smaller the pieces are, the better it mixes. (Don't use a
food processor)

Dice the onion just as finely as the tomato and add it to
the mixture of tuna and tomatoes.
Your now have the main ingredients added.

Add the salad cream, this is entirely up to you how much you
use, some people like this salad drier than others, that really dose it up
in salad cream.

Add Salt and black pepper to taste.
Now you have a brilliant salad to eat on the side of a main meal
or you could make it your main meal. It makes toasted sandwiches really nice
too.
